Readi FAQs
What is the Readi Fatigue Management System?
Readi is a predictive fatigue management software system that uses advanced algorithms to help organizations monitor, manage, and mitigate fatigue risks in real time, improving workplace safety and operational efficiency.
How does Readi predict fatigue?
Readi leverages scientifically validated sleep data, biomathematical models, and machine learning to predict fatigue levels based on an individual’s sleep history and upcoming work schedule, as well as optional ReadiWatch data.
Do workers need to wear any devices?
No, Readi does not require wearables, although a ReadiWatch is available as an optional wearable. Readi has a fatigue prediction accuracy of 88% compared to a wearable or 92% with a wearable.
Who uses Readi?
Readi is designed for industries with safety-sensitive environments, such as mining, transportation, oil & gas, and utilities. Key users include health and safety teams, operations leaders, and shift workers who need to monitor and mitigate fatigue-related risks.
Can Readi be integrated with our existing systems?
Yes, Readi is highly flexible and can integrate with your current workforce management, fleet management, and safety systems to provide a holistic view of operational risk and safety. We integrate into in-cab fatigue cameras and existing workflows and screens.
How does Readi improve safety?
By providing predictive insights into employee fatigue, Readi helps organizations proactively address fatigue risks before they lead to accidents, improving overall safety and reducing lost-time incidents.
What kind of data does Readi use to predict individual fatigue risk?
Readi pulls data from ELDs or manual time and attendance records to track when operators are working and resting. This data is combined with demographic details like age, weight, and sleep habits and preferences (e.g., whether they’re a “morning person” or “night owl”). The system then clusters employees into “sleep profiles” based on demographic similarities and known data from millions of sleep records captured by our ReadiWatch wearable over the past 15 years. Our platform analyzes each driver’s work and rest periods over the past 10 days. This ensures that fatigue predictions are based on recent activity and are constantly updated as the driver’s schedule changes. the Readi platform then outputs a personalized fatigue score for each worker, predicting their cognitive effectiveness, reaction time, and likelihood of falling asleep during the next 18 hours.
How quickly can Readi be implemented?
Readi is designed for quick deployment. Implementation can take as little as 45 days, depending on your organization’s size and integration needs.
